100 Night Sleep Trial at Lamore Living

At Lamore Living, we believe in the quality of our mattresses and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial, giving you ample time to ensure your mattress is the perfect fit for you.

Trial Details:

  • Trial Duration: Your 100 Night Sleep Trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered.
  • Eligibility: Returns are eligible within 100 nights following delivery.
  • Adjustment Period: We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 4-6 weeks to truly assess its comfort and suitability.
  • No Packaging Required: You do not need to keep any of the original packaging to take advantage of the trial.
  • Mattress Protector: You must use a mattress protector for the duration of your trial to maintain the mattress’s condition.

Exclusions:

  • The 100 Night Sleep Trial applies only to our range of mattresses; all other Lamore Living products are excluded.
  • The trial is valid for domestic and non-commercial use only.

Return Process:

  • A collection fee of £39.99 applies to any mattress returned under the 100 Night Sleep Trial. This fee will be deducted from your refund, which will be processed within 14 days of your mattress being collected.
  • Your mattress will be collected by our delivery partner.
  • Please remove all bedding before collection and ensure that your mattress is stored in a dry, accessible location.

Collection Guidelines:

  • Only select a collection date and time that you can fulfill. If you are unavailable when the collection is attempted, the £39.99 fee will still apply.
  • We reserve the right to adjust your refund for any damage, including but not limited to:
    • Wear and tear (stains or marks).
    • Damage from neglect or poor storage conditions.
    • Rust or corrosion from water exposure.
    • Damage caused by fire, smoke, or pest infestation.
    • Unauthorized alterations or repairs.

Legal Rights:

The Lamore Living 100 Night Sleep Trial is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.
